The father of Nebraska football coach Scott Frost has died.
Larry Frost died Wednesday according to a Facebook post by Larry’s oldest Son Steve.
He played for legendary coach Bob Devaney during the 1960s.
He graduated from Malcolm High School before playing for the Huskers. He was inducted into the
Nebraska High School Sports Hall of Fame in 2019. Larry’s most notable coaching stop was in Wood River where he coached Steve and younger son Scott.
