For many, the first chance to see Nebraska volleyball in person will come during the NCAA Volleyball Tournament as tickets go on sale Tuesday.

Yes, the Huskers are set to host Penn State Thursday and Friday. Most, if not all, of those tickets will be snatched up by season ticket holders who have anxiously awaited attending the matches.

That is, if those matches are even played. The Nittany Lions canceled their matches for this past weekend due to COVID-19 protocols.

So enter the NCAA Tournament in Omaha.

That could be the next time we see Nebraska in action. While the first and second rounds and regional semifinals will continue to be limited to players and player guests, the regional finals, national semifinals, and championship match will all have limited attendance in place.

Previously, tickets for the Final Four matches were sold beyond the new capacity. The national semifinals and championship matches are mostly taken for now, but tickets will be available Tuesday for the four Elite Eight matches, as well as a limited number to the Final Four and Finals.

Tickets to the regional finals match sessions include two matches, with a ticket needed for each.

To purchase tickets, visit NCAATickets.com after 10 a.m. Tuesday and use the code MECA.

Those still looking to attend matches that don’t get them Tuesday can find some tickets available on third-party sites. StubHub, for instance, has single tickets to the national semifinals for as low as $134 to as high as $613. The championship is going for as low as $167 to as high as $1,266.
